• We should measure our chest using a measuring tape. First, we pass the tape under the armpits matching with the most protruding point of our chest.

HIP

• We enclose our hip with the measuring tape matching with the most protruding part of the buttock.

EXCHANGES

When can I exchange a product?

You have 15 days from the shipping date to exchange any of your products from HervásPiel.com FREE OF CHARGE

You can change the size or colour of your items. If you prefer to exchange it for another item, you must ask for a return and make a new purchase.

RETURNS

Returns at HervásPiel.com are always FREE, and the return deadline is 15 days from the shipment confirmation date. The garments must be in perfect condition (not used, not washed, with their inside and outside labels still attached, without repairs and with their corresponding purchase receipt).

If you prefer to return an item from home, you must request it at this email  contacto@hervaspiel.com. 

After verifying all the details, we will send a courier to collect your package. At the time of collection, our courier will identify your order with a label allowing us to track your return.
